“Lean for Teen” workshop – Creating value for Society

APM Terminals Mumbai has added another best practise in its 'Lean' journey and its Way of Working with the introduction of a one-day workshop for the teenage children of employees - themed as a “Lean for Teen” workshop. 

This workshop, aimed at spreading Lean methodology into the APM Terminals Mumbai family, provided directions to teenagers using the concepts of personal development, planning, good habits, 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain) at home & problem-solving tools. The workshops ultimate goal is to strengthen the people who are the pillars and roots of our society. This is truly aligned with the company's purpose of “Improving life for all” by focusing on connecting all people for a better integrated world.
