Advisory: Updating the GSTIN through “Customer Service Portal”

We would like to update that the provision of updating the GSTIN through “Customer Service Portal” is up and available for all the customers.

Process to update the GSTIN remains the same as before. For the procedure to update GSTIN, please refer Customer Service Portal Manual. We appreciate your patience & cooperation extended during downtime of this service, which was required to make the same more efficient and secure.

As the service is available and functioning well, request you to utilize the same to avoid re-issuance of invoices at our end.

Please note that effective October 1st, 2021, any request to the terminal with regards to edits in the invoice towards GSTIN updation shall attract re-invoicing charges.
