In your regular interactions with the terminal, as part of business, a number of queries are addressed to various desks in Operations. We would like to bring in clarity to ensure that the queries are directed to appropriate desks in order to align expectations and facilitate improved turn-around on the same. This shall also help the recipients to receive only relevant queries, which again shall help them come back to you at the earliest. Please be guided by the following with regards to addressing your queries:

Further to the above, whilst the Cargo Control, Gate, Rail and Planning desks are available 24x7, we also have the Shift Manager to support round the clock in case of any exceptional situations.

Request you to share this with the various functions interacting with the terminal operations so that we limit communications to responsible desks only. With the above in place, we hope to serve the trade with increased efficiency.
