Advisory: Cancellation/ Reissue of documents

Greetings from APM Terminals Mumbai!
 
It has been observed that following the issue of certain documents, such as EIRs and e-Form 13, we are receiving re-issue or cancellation requests. In order to help facilitate such requests, it will be possible to request Cancellation/Reissue of documents via Additional Service Request (ASR) as of 19th July 2021 (Complete ASR Form and email to mumcargo@apmterminals.com). Charges for this will be according to the TAMP authorised Scale of Rates currently in effect  for the terminal ( Section 10, clause 11).
