Advisory: Clarification on Early Gate-in

As you are aware that in certain conditions, we accept early gate-in of export containers for vessels before gate opening hours subject to receipt of an Additional Service Request (ASR) from the shipping line.

This is to advise you that, as per the current system functionality, once the gates for a vessel are opened, ASR charges shall thus be applicable on all containers that are gated-in prior gate-opening with valid eForm-13 and Customs approval. The same may thus be communicated to your exporters/transporter or gate-in be controlled suitably at your end.
