Reefer Temperature data on N4 CAP

Dear Valued Clients,

Greetings from APM Terminals Mumbai!

As you all are aware that with the N4 roll out, WebAccess has been replaced by N4 CAP and most of you are now using it to access data pertaining to your containers handled at the terminal.

Prior the TOS upgrade to N4, you all were accessing Reefer Temperature Variance information from eForm-13 Application. Now, this functionality of viewing Reefer Temperature data has been built in N4 CAP. The N4 CAP stands upgraded to display this data effective 1400 hrs, 28^th January 2021 (today!). Thus, now you can start accessing the data from N4 CAP. In the interim, we were sharing this information through daily emails which shall continue for the time being until 7^th February 2021 as a support in the changeover period. We highly encourage you to have your teams familiarise themselves with accessing the reefer temperature data from N4 CAP.

In order to enable this patch at your end, please follow the following one-time guidelines:

1. Log into your N4 CAP account
2. Select ‘Unit’ tab.
3. Right click on Field Header Bar:
   
4. Select Reefer:

   - Is Reefer Variance
   - Observed Temperature
   - Temp Required

   

5. Fields have been added to display reefer temperature variance data
