Hotbox appointment request

APM Terminals Elizabeth is currently piloting a Hotbox appointment option for a select number of customers. This option will be available for a limited period of time during this trial phase.

This product is designed to enable customers to pick up priority cargo when there are no standard truck appointments available in TERMPoint.

How this works:

Complete and submit the form below.
An email will be sent to our CX team.
You will also receive an email confirming that we have received the request.
After our CX team has had a chance to process the request, you will receive a second email either...
- confirming that a Hotbox timeslot has been booked for you, or
- informing you that the request is not possible.
You will be invoiced separately in line with the agreements associated with this pilot.

Please note:

There are a limited number of Hotbox appointments available per day
In the form below, you are asked to submit your preferred timeslot.
You have the option to choose to accept other timeslots on the same day.
Choosing to allow alternate time slots is optional, but doing this will increase the chance that we can accommodate your request.
