Process update for drivers entering the terminal without a Safety Induction

We have noticed many truck drivers have yet to complete the Safety Induction which is required to enter our gates. In efforts to keep the terminal flowing we have set up a new route for any truck driver who enters our gates without having the Safety Induction complete.

Any truck driver that enters our gate without having the Safety Induction complete will receive a ticket stating “No Safety Video. Go to Exit A” which will prompt them to exit the terminal immediately. In the event a truck driver receives a “No Safety Video Ticket” they are to follow the below steps – DO NOT proceed to Drives Assistance:

1. Follow the signs to EXIT A lane
2. Download the “Visitor HSSE” App. on iOS or Android or visit the Online Version
3. Once the “Visitor HSSE” App. is downloaded you will need to:

a. Enter your Sealink Number
b. Select the Truck Driver icon/avatar
c. Enter your name & trucking company name and then click “Next” to proceed to the video and quiz
d. Watch the Safety Induction Video and Pass the Quiz with 100% of the correct answers *the (Green check mark) indicates you have successfully completed the Safety Induction.
e. Wait 20 minutes then re-enter the terminal *Please note if truck driver’s Sealink Number ever changes, they will need to retake the Safety Induction registering under their new Sealink Number.
