TERMPoint Availability 28 October | Holiday closure 11 November

Dear Customer,

APM Terminals Mobile, AL on Friday night will have another batch of system changes. This will result Termpoint not having availability to make transactions beyond Friday 10/28. The Termpoint system used by drayage providers will not be accessible after 5pm Friday 10/28. We expect the system to be back up by 9pm that Friday night.  Drayage providers will be able to access the system throughout the weekend to make their appointments for the following week.  

We thank everyone for the understanding as it is understood this adjusts the normal routine for many dispatchers.  

A reminder that Friday 11/11 is an observed holiday for the APM Terminals Mobile, AL for Veteran's Day.  We thank everyone for their service!  

While not updated at this time, we will be finalizing our Christmas and New Years holiday schedule in the near future and publishing the 2023 Holiday schedule. We hope to have this finalized and published within the next few days to allow proper holiday planning!
