Gate Time Slots & Memorial Day

We are excited to announce a change with the anticipation of better service and planning for those that utilized APM Terminals Mobile, AL. Starting Monday May 18, 2020 the Mobile, AL appointment system will adjust the time window schedule for drayage providers.  The new slot windows are below. There are several operational advantages, but the key is adding a 1 hour time slot to start the day from 7am-8am.  This new start of day time slot will better prepare the operations staff with the expected quantity of trucks.

New Time Slots

0700 – 0800
0800 – 1000
1000 – 1200
1200 – 1400 (noon – 2pm)
1400 – 1600 (2pm – 4pm)

There will be a large buffer of 1 hour 30 minutes prior to or after the time slots. This will allow an drivers that arrive early or get delayed to be able to in-gate without the need to adjust the appointment time slot. This is how the current time slots work today.
