West Africa Container Terminal (WACT) Tariff Adjustment - 2023

Dear Valued Customer,

We wish to inform you that WACT has received relevant regulatory approval to adjust Terminal Handling Charges (THC) chargeable at the terminal. To this end and effective on January 1, 2024, applicable THCs shall be duly adjusted up to 25%, and the new rates shall be made available on our website on the said effective date.

Whilst we understand the inconvenience this may cause you, our esteemed customers, the present adjustment is necessitated by series of economic and business operating realities. As a customer centric business, WACT has continued to provide excellent customer experience by investing in both equipment, infrastructure upgrade and process optimization. This has helped us to achieve improved supply chain efficiency via e-commerce products, flexibility, reliability, and in a safe and cost-effective manner for both our business and those of our customers.
