Customer Advisory - 2023 Global Customer Service Week Celebration

Dear Esteemed Customer,

We are glad to inform you that the global customer service week will be coming up between 2nd to 6th of October 2023, with the theme ‘TEAM SERVICE’, while we will be starting on 3rd of October 2023 to 6th of October 2023.

In celebrating this year’s event, we have some exciting activities packed for the week, among which are quiz, games, comedy, music, and lots more, while we will be closing the week with testimonials, awards, and celebrations.

Kindly be informed that from Tuesday to Thursday the week activity would be starting from 9:00am while customer services activities would be on. On the grand finale being Friday, the activities would commence at 11:00am and close at 2:00pm with venue at the front of Customer Service office.

We would encourage your early attendance on all days especially on the grand finale, to enable us round up on time and resume back to serving you.
