Access Control Measures for COVID-19 Prevention

Dear Valued Customers,

Following our earlier advisories related to COVID-19 outbreak, we remain committed to a safe work environment for all and hereby advise below entry and exit control measures for all Shipping Line employees, Agents and personnel of Government & Regulatory agencies.

  1. All Shipping Lines employees and Government Agents must always display their work identification card, when accessing or working on WACT premises.
  2. All duly licensed agencies conducting business within WACT premises are required to send an updated list of their employees with a copy of their agency issued identification card to customerservice@wact.ng or at WACT Customer Care counter by close of business Friday, 27th March.
  3. As part of measures to reduce potential exposures to COVID-19, our biometric systems at entry gate 1 (near general car park) and entry gate 2 (exam ground access) shall be put on temporarily hold and security officers deployed at access control points shall grant access only to People with valid Identification Card.
  4. In keeping with our distancing policy, access to WACT Customer Care hall shall be limited to maximum twenty-five (25) persons, at any given time.

Kindly note that effective Saturday, 28th March 2020 access to WACT premises will be denied to anyone not complying to above procedure.

Should you require more information about above subject, please feel free to contact our Commercial Team who will be happy to assist.

Thank you again for choosing WACT, and please keep yourself and families healthy and safe during this crisis period.

Sincerely,
WACT Management
