COVID-19 Update: Access to Customer Service Area
Dear Esteemed Customer,
In line with the government directives on social distancing due to the COVID-19 PANDEMIC. Please note that with effect from today 25th March 2020, we will only allow and attend to customers with TDO, letter of authority (LOA) application, booking payment confirmation and Exit request into our customer service area and across the counter.
For all other services request, customers are advised as below:
- In-place of POS payment across the counter, kindly make us of the Termview platform or Quick Teller payment option from the comfort of your home/office.
- For other complaints, kindly forward your concerns and feedback through our customer service email address APPAPMTCTO@apmterminals.com
- Booking counter will be closed by 2:00pm each day (Monday to Friday)
