APM Terminals Liberia digitising and simplifying invoicing and payments
APM Terminals Liberia have added new features to its website giving customers more options and convenience in terms of invoice generation and payments.
The new feature allows customers view and generate their invoices on the APM Terminals Liberia website up to 3 days before vessel berthing. This innovation means customers can print out their invoices from the comfort of their homes or offices any time of the day and eliminates the need to visit the Freeport to request and pay for an invoice.
The company have also introduced various payment options to make it easier and more convenient for customers to make payments on their invoices. Apart from cash deposits, APM Terminals Liberia now also receive payments with Manager’s Cheque, electronic transfers to GT Bank, LBDI and Citibank or payments with credit/debit cards using its new POS machines.
“Customer satisfaction is our priority, so we continue to look for innovative ways to bring convenience and satisfaction to our customers. Our new website and payment options will allow customers to check all their shipment details and pay from the comfort of their office or home.” said George Adjei, Managing Director.
The updated website also includes live vessel berthing schedules, container ‘track and trace’, contact details, operating hours, and news and alerts.
Adaeze Emeh-Amusa, Head of Commercial explained that “Giving our customers full transparency over their shipment is something we are all proud of, and the new website provides that opportunity”.
