General Cargo Weigh Bridge available 1 August

It is with great excitement we inform you that our General Cargo (GC) weigh bridge is completed and ready for commissioning.

The weigh bridge will provide accuracy in the weight of General Cargo.

With the weigh bridge, all general cargo will be weighed and billed respectively for vessel discharge weight verification as per our tariff.

Kindly note that VGM is mandatory for all containerized cargo exported via this terminal, and for all general cargo discharged or loaded from and to vessels within the terminal.

The effective date for GC weigh bridge VGM generation for all general cargo is Aug 1, 2022.
