Extended office hours at One Stop Shop

Dear valued Customer,

To support your operations with the terminal this holiday season, please be informed we are extending our Billing office hours to 18:00 from Mondays-Fridays and 14:00 on Saturdays.

We also want to remind you that with the holiday season, there is an increase in request which might impact how fast you receive your invoice, receipt, and release. As we are extending our office hours, we advise you kindly use the online portal to get proforma and make payment before coming to the One Stop Shop to complete the process.

We also ask for your cooperation in adhering to all COVID-19 restrictions.

• Monday-Friday 08:00-18:00
• Saturday- 08:00-14:00
