Payment on original proforma

Dear Valued Customer,

We would like to inform you about an improvement in the billing process at APM Terminals Liberia.

Kindly see below key points to take note of:

1. All container customers are required to create their proforma online on the customer portal, print and use it to make payment and submit along with bank payment slip to get the receipt which will be shared along with the finalized invoice.
2. General cargo customers are to request proforma, use it to make payment and submit along with bank payment slip to get the receipt which will be shared along with the finalized invoice.
3. Prepaid deposit customers are to include instruction to apply payment against their balance in the details field while submitting request for proforma in order to get the receipt which will be shared along with the finalized invoice.
4. Credit customers are to include their approval for the proforma in the details field while creating their proforma in order to get the receipt which will be shared along with the finalized invoice.
5. Export customers are to create their proforma,online on the customer portal, print and use it to make payment and submit along with bank payment slip to get the receipt which will be shared along with the finalized invoice.

Note:

• Export customers must ensure they use the correct vessel departure date provided by One Stop Shop (OSS / billing team).
• Import customers must use the correct discharge date to create their proforma to avoid differences.
• Access the Customer Portal
  - Log in if you already have a username and password
  - Register to have your account created if you do not have a username and password.
