Asycuda Training For Electronic Customs Release Order

Please be informed that we will be conducting an ASYCUDA training for our billing session staff at the one stop shop (OSS) on Friday, July 09,2021 and normal activities will be on hold from 8am to 10am. 

Customers are encouraged to use our Billing online platform to request invoice as usual. We will therefore extend our working hours beyond the normal closing time of 5:00 pm in order to serve our customers fully. 

Please note that this training will bring about improvement and pave the way to a paperless process by allowing us to view customs clearing release orders electronically which is a good time saving initiative that will enable us issue releases much faster than the current process today.
