COVID-19 SAFETY – National Health Protocol

The Government of Liberia through the Ministry of Health has issued safety regulations for the entire country and APMT Liberia will enforce the observance and full compliance to these COVID-19 PROTOCOLS for the safety of all our staff and customers with immediate effect.

All customers are informed to observe the following while doing business with us:

1. Wearing of masks, washing of hands and temperature reading is mandatory to enter our facility and throughout your stay.
2. Observe social distancing of at least three feet from others.
3. Use the online customer portal to request your invoices and receipts online to avoid over crowding of the one stop shop / billing center.
4. Use other payment options including direct transfers, prepaid deposit and POS to avoid delays if the banks become crowded or payment takes longer due to health protocol.
5. Only come to the billing center to submit your release documents and pick up your release unless it is absolutely necessary to come in person.
6. All customers are to be seated under the canopy and queue up to drop off documents on the desk at the billing section.
7. Those failing to cooperate will not be served to avoid exposure to others.

While we are fully cognizant of the urgency in clearing your cargo from the port, we are also deeply concerned about the safety of all port users and our staff as well.
