SCCT Celebrating The World Environment Day 2021

We’ve always pioneered environmental efforts in the field of ports. On World Environment Day, we emphasize our keenness to join constructive initiatives to ensure globally safe practices and a sustainable future.

SCCT was the first international port in Egypt to join the international Go Green Initiative, involving social and environmental activities including a tree-planting campaign in Port Fouad, spearheaded by our company volunteers, and a marathon to raise environmental awareness in the city.

We’re constantly prepared for emergencies, upholding the field’s best practices to control the transportation and handling of dangerous cargo, including the prevention of major pollutants like oil spills. 

Scrap Recycling was the latest of our initiatives through which we continue to guarantee fool-proof operations and the best utilization of our global resources.
