Business Hours during the Holy month of Ramadan

Dear Valued Customers,

Please be advised that during the Holy Month of Ramadan, APM Terminals Bahrain’s service coverage will be as follows:

• We will continue to operate vessels at the berth as normal.
• Operations shall function with a skeleton staff between hours of 18:00 – 20:00 hours daily for the Iftar break and between 03:00 – 03:30 hours, for Suhoor.
• Gate timings will be from 06:00 – 18:00 hours (last transaction should be at 17:30). Thereafter between 20:00 – 23:59 (last transaction should be at 23:45) Saturday – Thursday and on Friday between 06:00 – 14:00 hours.
• The appointment office will operate between 08:00 – 15:00 hours. Saturday - Thursday
• CFS shed shall functions between 06:00 – 17:00; however, Customs is expected to be in attendance between 08:00 – 14:00 hours only. Saturday - Thursday
• LCL shed will operate between 08:00 – 14:00 hours. Saturday - Thursday
•  Collect gate pass from Warehouse Controller through window
• Aluminum shed will operate 24 hours as usual.
• Marine activities will be suspended from 17:00 (Berthing) & 17:30 (Un-berthing) till 19:30 hours for the Iftar break. However, said stoppage will not impact any vessel’s calling Bahrain Steel and Alba (North jetty) during high tide.

All customers are requested to plan as per the above to avoid any delays.
