We’re excited to share with you all the latest updates from our terminal. Despite the challenges we faced at the beginning, we had a very successful first quarter. This success can be attributed to increased volumes, productivity, and maintaining a good Truck Turn around Time. We are actively working on the expansion, much equipment has already ordered, and we expect to start with groundworks by the end of this year.

APM Terminals MVII signs largest European expansion contract (62 cranes) with Kuenz and ABB
APM Terminals Maasvlakte II (APMT MVII) has signed the largest expansion contract ever in Europe with Kuenz and ABB.
Successful ATT Demo Days at APMT MVII!
APM Terminals MVII organized two demo days for the Automated Terminal Turcks (ATTs).
New customer Hapag Lloyd
With great enthusiasm, we welcomed our new customer Hapag-Lloyd to the terminal in the first quarter.
Your opinion about APM Terminals Maasvlakte II
Speaking up about safety is fundamental to maintain a safe work environment for everyone. The Global Safety Day featured critical discussions with each other about safety. Employees were able to participate in Gemba Walks (safety inspection tours).
Document codes AIA/IAE
We are pleased to inform you that APM Terminals Maasvlakte II is now able to administer the new document codes IAI/IAE in the terminal's customs administration.
Good support for local parties, such as the Foodbank and Boa Vinda
During special days (such as Easter), we support those in need by donating a significant number of Easter packages to the Foodbank in Maassluis.
