Update: New Terminal Operating System NAVIS 4 (N4)

Dear customers,

We are contacting you to give an update on the state of the operations at APM Terminals Valencia after the implementation of the new system Navis 4.

As previously communicated, gate operations are operating on full capacity as from Wednesday 9th February, recovering the flow of the service inside the terminal, with a productivity of 39 min TTT registered yesterday. 

With regards to vessel operations, we continue in the line of improvement as a result of the measures applied during previous days. Productivity is now in values of 15 mph and we continue working to improve mentioned rates during the weekend.
