Update 24/02: New Terminal Operating System NAVIS 4 (N4)

Dear customers,

We are contacting you to give an update on the state of the operations at APM Terminals Valencia after the implementation of the new system Navis 4.

As previously communicated, gate operations are operating on full capacity as from Wednesday 9th February, recovering the flow of the service inside the terminal, with a productivity of 28 min TTT registered on Wednesday 23rd  February.

With regards to vessel operations, we continue in the line of improvement as a result of the measures applied during previous days. Productivity is now in values of 16,32 mph (aprox) and we continue working to improve mentioned rates during the week.

We inform you that as from 14th February, the restriction related to the reception of empty equipment has been lift.

At the same time, the second call for all services operating in APM Terminals Valencia has been open.
