In this case, the transporter will have to register his license plate in his profile. This will generate a notification + Email that will be sent to your account for the approval of the application.

-Now enter your company information: name, company name, e-mail, telephone number, VAT number.
-Choose your profile from the drop-down menu, in your case: transport agency.
-Click on register
Once registered, you are ready to start using APM Terminals CARGA2.
Once you have registered:
Log in
-Enter your email address and password and register your vehicles in My fleet, which you will find in the menu on the left.
-Click on add truck
-Enter your registration number
-Indicate your special requirements: IMO, refrigerated, axles, tipper, self-loading and the type of platform.
-Click on save
You can add as many vehicles as you have. If you need to, go back to My fleet and add the details of a new truck.
After entering all the information about your company and your vehicles, start using the solution to optimise container transport. It's very easy, it's only 5 steps:
1.Go to Availabilities, on the left menu, to show shipping and forwarding companies your availability to pick up or bring containers to APM Terminals Valencia.
-Choose one of your vehicles
-From the drop-down menu, select "pick-up at APM Terminals Valencia" or "pick-up at APM Terminals Valencia".
-Indicate a range of kilometres to work with
-And your availability, selecting date, start time and end time.
2.Click assign to see the work orders entered by the shipping and forwarding companies that match your availability.
3.Choose the one you are interested in.
4.Your order will remain in the pending approval tab until the shipping or freight forwarding company confirms the order.
5.Once confirmed, it will go to assigned orders and you will have the details of the shipping company or freight forwarder to contact them and make the transport. It's that easy!
To add trucks to your fleet, go to "my fleet">Add truck

Once you have registered:
1.Log in. Enter your email address and password
2.Indicate the transport orders of the containers you need to transport by clicking on New order.
-Specify in the drop-down menu whether it is Export, Import, transfer between terminals or empty positioning.
-Choose the collection point and the destination point, also in the drop-down menu.
-Indicate the exact date or time range in which you need the transport service.
-Indicate the special requirements of the transport: IMO, refrigerated, axles, tipping, self-loading and the type of platform.
3.Now assign your transport order from the carrier options.
4.Your order will remain in the pending approval tab until the shipping company or freight forwarder confirms the order.
5.Once confirmed, it will go to assigned orders and you will have the details of the carrier to contact and make the transport. It's that easy!
A transport order or truck availability may be modified as long as it is not assigned or pending confirmation. If a modification is required at this point, the order/availability must be cancelled and a new one issued.
If the transport order or truck availability has expired, it will no longer appear on the dashboard, so you will have to issue a new order if necessary.
APM Terminals CARGA2 is not responsible for cancellations, as well as the consequences derived from the requests of the parties involved as specified in the general conditions of the application.
Only requests that are confirmed will be considered as assigned. Those pending confirmation will not be effective until confirmed by the other party.
There is no time limit for the confirmation of requests.
If the availability is not confirmed or we do not have any request for it, I can delete my availability in the tab "my availabilities > Unassigned".
If the availability has a request for it, I will have to reject the request and delete my availability in the tab "my availabilities > Pending confirmation > Reject request and delete trip".
If the availability is assigned, I will have to delete my availability in the tab "my availabilities > assigned > cancel trip".
If the transport order is not confirmed or we have no request for the transport order, I can delete my transport order in the tab "my orders > Unassigned".
If the transport order has a request for the transport order, I will have to reject the request and delete my transport order in the tab "my orders > To be confirmed > Reject request and delete order".
If the transport order is assigned, I will have to delete my order in the tab "my availabilities > assigned > cancel trip".
Any change in the status of an availability or request will be notified through the application + Email.
Once the transport order has been assigned the contact details of the other party will be provided.
All companies registered in APM Terminals CARG2 must ensure compliance with the following requirements in order to register in the application:
1.- It complies with all regulations, laws, ordinances and industry best practices applicable to road freight transport.
2.- That the vehicle has a vehicle registration certificate, ITV (MOT) data sheet and insurance for circulation and damage to third parties. Also transport authorisation, in the event that the transporters carry out the transport for hire or reward and certificate of approval, in the event that the vehicle transports dangerous goods.
3.- That the drivers carry with them, in addition to the driving licence corresponding to the type of vehicle they are driving, the DNI/NIE or passport, and the diagram discs for the current day and the previous 28 days (if the vehicle has an analogue tachograph) or the driver's digital card (if the vehicle does not have an analogue tachograph). In the event that it transports dangerous goods anywhere in Europe, it has the ADR licence and the special Training-Authorisation Certificate for this purpose; as well as the vehicle approval certificate issued by the competent body.
4.-That it has the necessary documentation for the load, such as the consignment note; and the instructions for the driver, in the event that he/she has to transport dangerous goods.
5.- That the owner of the vehicle and/or the driver, if applicable, is up to date with his social security and tax obligations.
