APM Terminals Pipavav sets new monthly liquid cargo volume record

Gujarat Pipavav Port Ltd [APM Terminals Pipavav] created new monthly volume record for liquid cargo in February 2024. The port handled:

• 64 LPG rakes – The highest liquid rakes loaded in a month.
• staggering 1,36,690 metric tons of liquid and gas cargo in a month.
• 86903 MT of LPG – The highest LPG handled in a month. It is noteworthy that all the volumes were imported via VLGC [Very Large Gas carriers] showcasing port’s advance infrastructure to cater to the VLGCs.
