Customer Advisory: OOG Handling

Dear Valued Customer,

We hope this message finds you well. Your safety and the operational safety are of utmost importance to us at APM Terminals, Pipavav. We always committed to provide best in class service to customers. We would like to bring to your attention a critical measure that can significantly enhance the vessel productivity during her stay at port: OOG handling.

Please be informed that, to serve your vessels more efficiently we would like to get OOG volume (import, export and restow) forecast for every vessel. You being the best positioned to predict the volumes expected, basis bookings being received for exports and last port loading for imports/restow, request you to please share vessel-wise OOG expected to be handled, every week with the terminal. This shall help us ensure that we maintain adequate resources and plan vessel port stay more accurate considering time / tidal restrictions.
