Mandatory User Charges (MUC) for Container Tracking System (Logistics data Services) at APM Terminals Pipavav

Greeting from APM Terminals Pipavav!

We are pleased to announce commencement of Container tracking services through RFID at APM Terminals Pipavav conceptualised under the Logistics Data Bank Project by NICDC Logistics Data Services Limited (NLDSL) with effect from 9^th November 2020.

The Project aims at facilitating the tracking of container cargo movement and integrating the information available with various agencies across the supply chain to provide a near real time information within a single window. This would help in enhancing the visibility and efficiency of the Container logistics movement thereby improving the competitiveness of the Exim trade.

In view above and in line with our published tariff, we wish to inform you all that a mandatory user charge of INR 165 per container + applicable taxes will be levied on all containers (except transhipment and coastal) handled at APM terminals Pipavav towards Container tracking system through RFID with effect from 9^th November 2020.

Note: Mandatory User Charges (MUC) will be charged to the shipping line (MLO & NVOCC).
