Investments in WACT-APM Terminals Nigeria are paying off as new service launches

Recent investments in the expansion of West Africa Container Terminal (WACT-APM Terminals Nigeria) — and an important partnership with CMA CGM — are bearing fruit as CMA CGM and the terminal launch the new EURAF4 service. The newly restructured service brings import and export customers in Nigeria closer to Europe and Asia via transshipment ports in North Africa and Europe. The weekly service offers enhanced connectivity, efficient transit times, and comprehensive cargo handling solutions.

The launch of the service also witnessed the maiden arrival of MV-Leto with an overall length of 220.3 meters and width of 32.26 meters.

"In APM Terminals, we have invested over a 150 million USD in upgrading the WACT Terminal with Mobile Habour Cranes, RTG’s, an upgraded yard and state of the art IT equipment. We are happy to see all this in action.
