Advisory: System Downtime on 21st May 2024

Greetings from APM Terminals Mumbai!

This is to advise you that we are planning Terminal Operating System maintenance activity on 21st May 2024 at 22:00 Hrs. To facilitate the same, we shall be undertaking a system downtime between 21st May 2024 at 22:00 hrs to 22nd May 2024 at 13:00 hrs. During this planned downtime the wharf, rail, gate, and yard operations shall remain suspended.

The Customer Service Portal, Track & Trace, PIN generation facility as well as access to E-Form13 shall also remain unavailable.

This is planned to continually improve the quality of services being delivered by the terminal and we request your support and understanding towards the same.
