Power Shutdown & System Maintenance shutdown at APM Terminals Mumbai

Dear Valued Clients, 

Greetings from APM Terminals Mumbai!

This is to advise that  on 1st May 2023 a power shutdown has been planned at JNPA  between 0800 hrs to 1700 hrs. During this period, complete Operations at the terminal shall remain suspended.

Along with JNPA power shutdown we are planning maintenance activity at wharf between 0600 hrs to 1800 hrs and IT system shutdown between 0800 hrs to 1600hrs at the terminal.

Below Operations/ IT system activities shall be suspended for the respective period:

• Wharf Operations shall be suspended between 0600 hrs to 1800 hrs
• Rail, gate and yard operations shall be suspended between 0800 hrs to 1700hrs
• Customer Service Portal, Track & Trace, PIN generation, eform13 will remain unavailable between 0800 hrs to 1600 hrs
