Advisory: Door Turning Service

Greetings from APM Terminals Mumbai!

We are happy to advise that we have commenced offering ‘Door Turning’ at the terminal for all import containers which are discharged in reverse door position. To request ‘Door Turning’:

• Raise an Additional Service Request (ASR) for Door Turning via our ASR Request Form (Category Other: Door Turning)
• Share the ASR with mumcargo@apmterminals.com; mumplanners@apmterminals.com; mumpln@apmterminals.com; mumplnexec@apmterminals.com; mumshiftmanager@apmterminals.com
• Terminal will execute the Door Turning

The charges levied for the service shall be as per the TAMP authorised Scale of Rates in effect.

This activity has been included in our portfolio of services basis popular feedback from many customers and we hope that with this a long pending requirement is met.
