Advisory: Gate-in of Empty Export containers

Dear Valued Clients,

Greetings from APM Terminals Mumbai!

In order to further streamline operations at the terminal gate, we shall commence accepting empty export containers in as-in condition. Thus far we used to request for NOC from respective shipping line before gate-in in case of any minor damage observed, which would cause disruption in the gate-operations. Thus,  shipping line agents and their representatives responsible for managing export gate-ins are hereby responsible to ensure that only seaworthy containers are gated-in.
