APM Terminals Mumbai recognised as ‘Best Container Terminal of the Year’
APM Terminals Mumbai has been recognised as the ‘Best Container Terminal of the Year’ at the India Maritime Awards 2019 organised by Daily Shipping Times. Daily Shipping Times is India’s first news daily serving the trade over the last six decades.
The terminal was acclaimed at the India Times Maritime Awards for its exemplary performance in 2018-19. APM Terminals Mumbai handled a record 2,077,488 TEUs. It is the only terminal in India to have achieved this record in a calendar year, with a productivity rate of 101.37 moves per hour.
APM Terminals Mumbai also partnered with Daily Shipping Times for a panel discussion on 'Changing Dynamics of Indian Logistics Sector'.
