Truck Appointment System (TAS) Updated

Dear valued Customer,

We first want to say thanks for your involvement in the implementation of the TAS and your honest feedback to help us improve this service.

As a follow up to the implementation of the Truck Appointment System, we want to inform you that we are rendering this service to you on a “free of charge” basis for now.

However, we will be charging for it at a later stage, which we will communicate to you timely.

As we did in October, we want to remind you of the benefits and usage of the Truck Appointment System as seen below:

Set up your account

TAS is live, you can already set up your account to start using it. First you will need to register for an apmterminals.com account via www.apmterminals.com/account. You will then need to request permission to manage appointments for your company using this form.

Truck Appointments can be accessed from the Dashboard menu on www.apmterminals.com/monrovia.

Once you’ve created an appointment, you will be able to enter the terminal quicker than usual, as all information will already have been forwarded to the gate.
