Special extended operations - Saturday & Sunday work

Dear Valued Customer,

As we are all aware, there has been some challenges with the delivery process at the terminal. We will first like to extend our sincere apologies to you our valued customer for this situation. We can assure you that we are working to have it resolved ASAP.

The aftermath of the recent workers union strike action has created a backlog of vessels back to back which has created a huge demand and we have initiated several measures to mitigate the impact on the business community. We are handling vessels and yard operations at the same time and this has significantly slowed the delivery process as we are obliged to regulate the gate for safety reasons where the yard is congested with equipment and trucks.

Though some interventions will be done over a period, some measures have already been put in place that have immediate impact on our delivery process.

We are glad to inform you that with the support of various stakeholders, we will be working over the weekend to handle the huge volume we are receiving and to clear the backlog we now have.

The Bank and One Stop Shop will also be opened to support this initiative.

• Saturday Oct. 17, 2020 - Full day 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Sunday, Oct. 18, 2020 - 09:00 am to 2:00 PM
