Hurricane Preparation

Dear Customers,

We are grateful that the 2022 USA Hurricane season has been calm, and hence we have not discussed hurricane preparations this season. While Hurricane Ian's path currently does not have impact on Mobile, AL we would like to remind people of processes.

As soon as new information or decisions are made, it will be immediately communicated via this email distribution. If a decision is ever made to modify gate hours this email will be utilized AND via text messaging for those that have opted in for that service.
There will not be a need email/call asking for an update on status. The Mobile, AL team will provide updates as soon as information is available.

Prior to any gate closures there are serval items of preparation that would occur. This includes this email distribution creating a schedule of updates as APM Terminals Mobile, AL works in conjunction with several local agencies.
Vessel schedules on our website apmterminals.com/en/mobile are updated immediately as information is provided on disruptions to vessel traffic. This includes several avenues of information/communication. Vessel schedules at the public website, drayage Termpoint website, and TOPS portal are all updated at the same time.
APM Terminals gate hours/operation is not the same a AL Port Authority Channel information. There has been confusion in the past with this information. The APM Terminals truck gate can be open even if the AL Port Authority channel is closed.
