APM Terminals ASLA Office

Any carrier who wishes to enter APM Terminals Lázaro Cárdenas must present themselves at the office to activate their access and review the reason for their entry.

Monday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Gate - General

24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Gate - Export & Emty Containers

Monday: 4:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m.
Tuesday 00:01 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Wednesday 4:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m.
Thursday 12:01 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Friday: 4:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m.
Saturday: 12:01 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Sunday: no operation.

Note: To gate-in empty containers you please check the Empty Reception Criteria. To gate-out empty containers you need to present your EDO Number (Equipment Delivery Order).

Gate - Import

Monday to Friday: 4:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Saturday: 4:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Sunday: no operation. 

Requests for additional services via the commercial platform

Requests via the commercial platform can be made from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm on weekdays and 9.00 am to 1.00 pm on Saturday..

Cargo inspection (Previews):

• From Monday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm
• Inspections can be scheduled via the commercial platform from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm on weekdays and 9.00 am to 1.00 pm on Saturday..

Rail yard

7 days per week subject to the schedule of Kansas City Southern de México (KCSM).

Billing Department

Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
