Operational Notice No.566 Preventive Maintenance of Cold Rooms

TCBUEN informs that we will be carrying out preventive maintenance in the cold rooms on December 15, 16, and 17 of this year. If there are any projected operations for the mentioned dates, please inform us, as this will allow the operations team to validate procedures.

Please take into account the following:

For inspections by authorities using the cold room, customs agencies must send the physical profiling of the inspection or checklists to the email inspecciones_bun@apmterminals.com to exempt storage and connection charges during the maintenance period.
It is recommended that customers with export cargo plan operations before the mentioned dates to avoid issues with their shipments.
For import containers that cannot be dispatched due to lack of inspection during the mentioned days, storage charges will be exempted through credit notes afterward.
