Operational Notice No. 560: Reminder of Preventive Maintenance at Electrical Substations

Dear Members of the Port Community,

We remind you that on Sunday, October 6,2024, October 6, 2024, preventive maintenance will be carried out at the TCBUEN substations. During this period, the terminal will not have power supply. Consequently, there will be no operations for the removal or entry of cargo, both containers and general cargo. Additionally, there will be no activities in the import, export, general cargo, coffee, and sugar warehouses. Access will also be restricted for users, authorities, and suppliers during this maintenance period.

To ensure the loading of the vessel LICA MAERSK, cargo must be entered on Saturday to be included in the cut-off and ensure its loading process.

We recommend the port community to complete all cargo removal and entry processes, as well as the scheduling of inspections, before the maintenance begins to avoid any interruptions or inconveniences in their operations.

We understand the impact this temporary suspension of activities may cause. However, this maintenance is essential to increase the reliability of the electrical system, improve the lifespan of the equipment, ensure the quality of the power supply, and prevent unexpected interruptions in our operations.
