Operational notice No. 557: Regularly scheduled maintenance of cold storage

Dear valued customers,

TCBUEN would like to inform you that we will be carrying out regular maintenance in the cold storage facilities on September 1 and 2, 2024.

In the event that you have operations planned for these dates, please contact us so that our operations team can confirm these operations.

Taking into account the above, please be aware that:

• For inspections by authorities that require the cold storage facilities, customs agencies must send to the email inspecciones_bun@apmterminals.com the physical profile of the inspection or checklists for exemption from storage and connection during the period of maintenance.

• Clients with export cargo are recommended to plan operations before the dates stated, in order to avoid any new issues with their shipments.

• For containers with import cargo that do not reach the port due to lack of inspection during the days mentioned, they will be exempt from storage through credit notes later.
