TCBUEN would like to inform you that corrective maintenance will be carried out on one of our cold storage rooms on May 26, 27, and 28 of this year. If there are planned operations during these dates, please be aware that we will be working with only one room. Considering this, we kindly request the following:

• For inspections by authorities using the cold storage room, customs agencies should send the physical profiling of the inspection or checklist for storage and connection exemption during the maintenance period to inspecciones_bun@apmterminals.com.
• Import containers that cannot leave due to inspection delays during the mentioned days will be exempted from storage charges through credit notes issued afterward.
