Customer Advisor No. 546 - Contingency Plan for Appointment Generation During the RNDC System Maintenance

Dear Port Community,

We want to inform you that, in accordance with the communication issued by the Ministry of Transport, the RNDC System - Inside RNDC will be under maintenance from Friday, May 24, 2024, at 8:00 p.m. until Sunday, May 26, 2024, at midnight.

During this maintenance period and in order to continue operations, all transport companies must enter code 5,000,001 in the corresponding field of the Argos Web portal for appointment generation.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we implement these temporary measures to ensure continuity of operations at our terminal.
