Customer Advisory No. 550 - Periodic Preventive Maintenance of Cold Rooms

Dear users,

TCBUEN is pleased to inform you that we will be carrying out periodic preventive maintenance in the cold rooms on June 16, 17 and 18 of this year.

If operations are planned for the stated dates, please inform in advance, because this will allow the operations team to validate procedures.

Taking into account the above, we appreciate that you keep in mind that:

• For inspections by authorities that use the cold room, customs agencies must send to inspecciones_bun@apmterminals.com the physical profile of the inspection or checklists for exemption from storage and connection during the maintenance period.
• Customers with export cargo are recommended to plan operations before the stated dates, in order to avoid developments in their shipments.
• For containers with imported cargo that do not manage to leave due to lack of inspection during the aforementioned days, they will be exempt from storage through credit notes later.
