Customer Advisory No. 552 Contingency Plan for Intermittency on the RNDC Platform of the Ministry of Transport

We hereby inform you that the National Registry of Road Cargo Dispatches (RNDC) platform is experiencing intermittencies, which may impact the removal of cargo from our maritime terminal.

As part of our contingency plan, we request transport companies that have the cargo manifest acceptance number to register information as usual. For those companies that do not have an acceptance number, we ask that you use the number 50000001 as a provisional measure. This contingency plan will be in effect until the situation with the RNDC platform normalizes.
