Business Hours during the Holy month of Ramadan

APM Terminals Bahrain is committed to maintaining operational efficiency during the Holy Month of Ramadan while considering the Iftar timings. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Details of the affected services, including the timing of the Iftar break, are provided below:

Containers Operations:

• Container Vessel Operations: 24/7 except during Iftar (18:00/20:00).
• Container Gates: Open 24/7 except during Iftar (18:00/20:00).
• Truck Acceptance: Trucks must arrive at the In-Gate before 17:15 and proceed directly to the Exit Gate after handling.
• Booking Recommendations: Avoid booking pick-import and drop-off export (requiring scanning) during the last hour before Iftar.

General Cargo Operations:

• Container Vessel Operations: Continue 24/7 without breaks.
• General Cargo Gate Operations: 24/7 with an hour break.
• CFS Shed: Operates 06:00–17:00 (Customs from 08:00–14:00, Saturday-Thursday).
• Aluminium shed will operate 24 hours as usual
• LCL Shed: 08:00–14:00 (Saturday-Thursday).

Marine Services:

• Marine Activity Suspension:
  From 17:00 (Berthing) and 17:30 (Un-berthing) until 19:30 for Iftar.
  No impact on vessels calling Bahrain Steel and Alba (North Jetty) during high tide.

Appointment Support Timing:

• Care Team Availability:
  Available 24/7 except for the Iftar break (18:00/20:00).
  Office hours are 06:00 to 15:00.
