Extended Coverage – Appointment Services

Dear Valued Customers,

Further to our Customer Advisory APMT/COM/006/2024 dated 7th April 2024, we are pleased to announce improved/extended coverage for Import Container Appointments and Truck Appointments (TAS) as follows:

• From Saturday – Thursday, the appointment office will be physically manned from 0600-1400 hours. Thereafter, from 1400-2200 hours appointment services will be provided remotely.
• Appointment services during Fridays and public holidays will be provided remotely from 0600-1400 hours.
• Import container appointments shall be available from 0600-1530 hours from Saturday – Thursday.
• Appointment services provided from 1530 hours onwards from Saturday – Thursday and on Fridays and public holidays shall be strictly restricted to Truck Appointments (TAS) only.

The above enhanced coverage in response to market demand is expected to facilitate the mandatory use of Truck Appointments effective from the 23rd of June 2024. We would like to thank all our customers for their continued patience and understanding, as we implement changes to support the rollout of the Truck Appointment and Gate Automation initiatives, both of which are aimed at improving our service levels to the trade.

تغطية على نطاق اوسع – مكتب الحجوزات

إلحاقا ببيان استعالم العمالء بتاريخ 7 أبريل 2024 ، يسعدنا ان نعلن عن تغطية موسعة لمواعيد حاويات االستيراد و مواعيد الشاح نات عل ى النحو التالي :

سيكون مكتب المواعيد م ؤهال فعليا من الساعة 0600 إلى الساعة 1400 من السبت الى الخميس و بعد ذلك
سيتم توفير خدمة المواعيد عن بعد من الساعه 14:00 الى22:00

سيتم توفير خدمات المواعيد عن بعد خالل أيام الجمعة والعطالت الرسمية من الساعة 1400-0600

ستكون مواعيد حاويات االستيراد متاحة من الساعة 1530-0600 من السبت إلى الخميس

تقتصر خدمات المواعيد المقدمة من الساعة 1530 فصاعدا من السبت إلى الخميس وأيام الجمعة والعطالت الرسمية بشكل حاسم على مواعيد الشاحنات فقط .
