Customer Advisory: changes to Fast Track submission process, Sept. 1, 2024

Dear Valued Customer,

Please be informed that starting from September 1, 2024, all Fast Track customers will be required to submit their request for Terminal Delivery Order (TDO) exclusively through our online platform. 

We will no longer provide counter services for Fast Track customers from this date going forward.

Online TDO requests are attended to from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday. On Saturdays and Sundays, requests close at 3 p.m.. Requests received after these times will be attended to the next day.
