Kim Fejfer
Chief Executive Officer
Kim Fejfer was appointed CEO of APM Terminals in June 2004 and is located in The Hague, Netherlands company headquarters. He is a member of the Group’s Executive Board since January 2011 and also responsible for DAMCO and Maersk Container Industry.
A native of Denmark, Mr. Fejfer graduated from the University of Aarhus, Denmark with a Master’s Degree in Finance and Economics. He served as an officer in the Danish Army, and has attended management programs at IMD, Switzerland and the Cranfield School of Management, in England and Harvard Business School in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Christian Moller Laursen
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Christian Moller Laursen has served as Vice President and CFO of APM Terminals since 2004 and was appointed Group Vice President for the A.P. Moller–Maersk Group in May 2007.
Mr. Laursen has been a part of the A.P. Moller-Maersk Group since joining as an economist with the Financial Planning Department of Maersk A/S in Copenhagen, Denmark, in 1990.

Tiemen Meester
Vice President, Business Implementation
Tiemen Meester assumed leadership of Business Implementation on July 8th, 2011.
Mr. Meester leads the company’s focus on implementing new businesses secured through business development activities such as concessions, acquisitions or expansions of existing facilities. Specific activities encompass Project Management, related commercial activities, Design, Engineering and IT.

Vice President, Business Development
As Vice President of Business Development, Mr. Delenclos is responsible for developing and leading the company's global strategic plan including portfolio optimization, driving inorganic growth opportunities and divestiture transactions.
Prior to joining APM Terminals, Mr. Delenclos worked for McKinsey & Company in their Corporate Finance Practice in Asia, specializing in advising governments, port authorities, port operators and financial investors on their proposed port investment, geographic expansions and financing.

Erik Eisenberg
Vice President, Communications
Erik Eisenberg joined APM Terminals in January 2011, and is responsible for for all aspects of internal and external communications, including long- and short-term strategies, and the development and training of corporate communications skills.
Prior to joining APM Terminals, Mr. Eisenberg held the position of Head of Information at Dansk Supermarked, a market-leading European retail business, and a fellow member of the A.P. Moller-Maersk Group.

Henrik L. Pedersen was named CEO of the APM Terminals Asia-Pacific Region in February 2012, having previously served as APM Terminals’ Vice President of Business Development for Latin America. Based in Singapore, Henrik is a member of the APM Terminals Global Senior Leadership Team.

Peder Sondergaard was appointed CEO of the AME Region in July 2011, with responsibility for operations in 13 port and terminal facilities in 12 nations spanning Western Africa, the Persian Gulf and Sri Lanka. The AME Regional Headquarters is located in Dubai.

Ben Vree
CEO Europe Region
Ben Vree was appointed CEO of APM Terminals’ Europe Region in June 2012, following his appointment as CEO of APM Terminals Rotterdam in January 2012, with overseeing the operations, expansion and strategic planning of the Maasvlakte I and Maasvlakte II facilities, a responsibility retained in his current position. He is a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
Mr. Vree joined APM Terminals from the North Sea Group, an oil products and bio fuels trade and distribution company based in The Netherlands, where he served as CEO from 2011 to 2012.
